Technical Support
For technical assistance, contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Wygant product. If you are a Wygant dealer or have purchased the product directly from Wygant, technical support is available at (503) 242-9702 between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time.

You may also send an e-mail message to support@wygant.com.

If applicable, please have the modem number and IP address available when you call, or include them in the e-mail message.

If the Wygant system is inoperable and under warranty, emergency support is available after 5 p.m. by calling the support number noted above. If the system is operable but experiencing problems, leave a message for Wygant technical support, and your call will be returned the next business day.
