Group Trends by Question -- Details how a specific group of agents is answering questions. This report is helpful when evaluating your script and may help pinpoint questions that might need additional coaching. Also provides a graph of the average score for each month.

Groups Above Standard -- Lists groups that score above the specified standards.

Agents Below Standard -- Lists agents that score below the specified standards.

Agents Above Standard -- Lists agents that score above the specified standards.
