installation. |

IMPORTANT:
If the Install Confirmation is not completed and returned, Wygant's installer will not begin travel to your location.
You will be charged for any additional costs incurred for changes in travel plans and your installation may be delayed.
If any item on the Install Confirmation is inaccurately marked as completed,
you will be charged for any costs incurred for the resulting additional installation/training labor or changes in travel plans.
